Cargo control specialist Ancra set to exhibit

Seeing potential cross overs between industrial markets, Ancra Australia is the latest major equipment supplier to sign on as an exhibitor for MEGATRANS2018.

“We’re a cargo control equipment specialist supplying transport, road, rail industries – anything with load restraints as a requirement,” states Steven Lloyd, Australian Manager, Ancra Australia.

“We’ve taken part in events like the Melbourne and Brisbane Truck Shows and saw the need to do something with MEGATRANS. It includes rail, air, road and sea and we cover all four of those aspects – it pretty much ticks all the boxes of what we do, which is great.”

Mr. Lloyd says the event’s location in Melbourne, and at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, will be a drawcard for the show and Ancra as an exhibitor because of its central location.

“It’ll attract a lot of people who probably don’t know who we are, as well as people who do know Ancra, but aren’t aware of everything we offer,” he says.

He adds that an event on such a scale as MEGATRANS doesn’t come around so often, and is important for the Australian supply chain and logistics sector.

“It’s critical – there hasn’t been an event for a long time that covers all of these aspects. We’re looking forward to it and we’re excited for when May rolls around.”
