Impulse Wireless to highlight push-to-talk communications at MEGATRANS2018

Impulse Wireless is set to show attendees at MEGATRANS2018 how the business has been revolutionising communications for its customers through push-to-talk communications (PTT).

Ben Cosier, Operations Manager at Impulse Wireless, says the PTT communications have unmatched coverage Australia-wide using mobile networks, which makes PTT ideal for transport and logistics users – a key reasons why the company will exhibit at the show.

“Since we’re in the TCA hub, we’ll be demonstrating how to integrate two-way communications with telematics, job dispatch systems and other devices to reduce total cost of ownership,” he says.

“PTT communications can integrate with existing devices, for example, PDAs and tablets, which makes PTT is ideal for all areas from warehousing (such as with scanners/PDAs) through to linehaul (such as with tablets also running telematics and job dispatch).”

The company will be showcasing its in-vehicle solutions for two-way communications as well as its mini-PTT handset.

MEGATRANS2018 takes place at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, 10-12 May this year. For more information on the event and on exhibiting, contact Anastasia Razdiakonova: P 03 9690 8766 E anastasia.razdiakonova@primecreative.com.au
