What's the difference between a shell scheme and space only stand?

A shell scheme stand is a booth set-up with walls, basic power & lighting, carpet and a front fascia with your company’s name.

Space only packages should be purchased with the intent to build a custom stand. No flooring, power, lighting or furniture is provided. At a minimum, exhibitors purchasing a space only package must lay carpet or raised floor, and provide a neat, enclosed wall.

Is there parking available for exhibitors?

Parking is available at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre. For more information on parking, CLICK HERE

Do I need insurance?

Each exhibitor must ensure that they have Public Liability Cover (not less than $20,000,000) that is active from the start of the bump in period, until the end of the bump out period, and must provide a Certificate of Currency endorsing and noting the interest of the event organisers, Transport Marketing Australia Pty.Ltd. 11-15 Buckhurst Street, South Melbourne, Victoria 3205, Australia (ABN 66441 332 844), for the said period. The insurance cover must also include liability for personal injury as well as damage to property.
