Peter Evans, National Director, Industrial Advisory – Colliers

Peter has been in the property industry since 1988, and with Colliers since 1994; During this time, he has been involved in every aspect of Industrial and Commercial property. Peter leads Occupier Services in Victoria which includes Portfolio Management, Industrial Tenant Advisory, and Transactional Management. At Colliers, Peter employs his vast property background and project delivery skills to analyse and formulate strategy on behalf of clients resulting in new property acquisitions, lease renewals, lease rationalisation and rent reviews. Peter has been responsible for the marketing of major industrial developments for sale and lease, industrial land subdivisions, major tenant pre-commitment and business parks. Peter’s specialty is sustaining long term relationships enabling him to assist corporate clients to consolidate their portfolios in order to ensure their property assets are in line with overall business objectives. Peter develops strategies for his clients covering the commercial, industrial & retail sectors. He has been involved in the portfolio management and acquisition and disposal of both leasehold and freehold sites on behalf of corporate clients.
