Stephen Smith, Retail & Supply Chain Executive – Kitchen Warehouse

Stephen Smith is a retail and supply chain professional, from Melbourne, with 20+ years experience across retail operations, warehousing and logistics, fleet procurement, and multi-channel ecommerce.

During ALDI Stores rapid expansion in Australia as a Logistics executive, he was responsible for a national fleet telematics efficiency program rollout, regional store delivery network design, and had a primary role in establishment of a 56,000 sqm Distribution Centre in Melbourne’s east.

His most recent role is with Australian kitchenware retailer, Kitchen Warehouse that boomed during the pandemic. As General Manager of Supply Chain & Store Operations, he played a key role scaling up online services to meet demand across fulfilment centres and store sites, including click & collect enhancements, and delivery of a supply chain modernisation strategy and NDC in Epping, Victoria.

Passionate about leadership, Stephen also devotes time as Chair for not-for-profit Rite Mentoring, supporting the healthy transition of boys into manhood.
